Pascha has worked in creative moment and yoga for more than a decade. Her passion for the body and the way it communicates inspires her to use it as a tool to increase vitality and playfulness while cultivating awareness and peace in the mind. Pascha has trained in traditional and experimental yoga disciplines. She learned a wide range of yoga practices from respective yogis and gurus. These styles include Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Acroyoga, and Thai Yoga Massage.
